About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy is seeking a part-time middle school teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year at their Carrollton, TX location. This role involves teaching in a classical and Catholic classroom environment. While formal teaching certification or experience is not required, the academy will provide all necessary training. The position is hourly, and childcare/nursery is provided for staff. The academy emphasizes a Socratic classroom setting, operating on Mondays and Thursdays. Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and demonstrate a deep love for the Catholic faith. Curriculum and grading guidelines will be provided, and tutors will be trained in instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. A background check and RCA Safe Child training are mandatory for all staff prior to teaching.

Requirements

• Ability to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Deep love for the Catholic faith.
• Living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all appropriate sacraments.
• Standard computer skills (ideally with Google Suite or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organization.
• Timeliness.
• A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship.
• Must be available to attend mandatory training on August 10, 11, and 12, 2026.
• Must have a clear background check.
