About The Position
Burlington School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School 5th-6th Social Studies Teacher to provide engaging, high-quality instruction for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with small class sizes, allowing for meaningful student relationships and individualized support. Burlington is a traditional agricultural community with strong values and local support for its schools, located conveniently along I-70. The district serves approximately 750 students with average class sizes in the teens to low twenties.

- Provide engaging, high-quality instruction to Middle School students in 5th-6th grade Social Studies.
