Serve as a primary point of contact for students, staff, parents, and visitors. Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner. Maintain visitor logs and monitor front office traffic. Support the administration and staff with daily office operations. Maintain accurate student attendance records in eSchool. Serve as registrar, including enrolling and withdrawing students and managing records requests. Process and distribute student records as required. Assist with student check-in/check-out procedures. Complete required forms (e.g., insurance, student documentation). Provide general assistance and support to students, staff, and families. Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information. Perform other duties as assigned by administration.
