About The Position
Winchester Public Schools seeks an experienced, dynamic educator with outstanding professional and interpersonal skills to lead Daniel Morgan Middle School. The successful candidate will possess the experience and skills to lead the instructional team, engage the entire school community, and build a strong school culture.
Requirements
- Possess a Virginia Postgraduate Professional license (or ability to attain) with an endorsement in educational administration.
- Minimum of three years of successful administrative experience at the school level.
- Outstanding personal and professional characteristics
- Dynamic and proven leadership in a high achieving middle school school
- Ability to work effectively with school personnel and members of the community
- Superior writing and speaking skills
- Strong instructional knowledge and demonstrated leadership in the management of instructional programs
- Master at team development to achieve results
Nice To Haves
- Experience at the middle school level preferred
