You will work alongside talented educators, engaged families, and a dedicated student support team to design meaningful, personalized pathways for student success.

Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Expertise in assessment, intervention, and executive functioning support
Student-centered, collaborative, and growth-minded
Experienced in supporting neurodiverse learners
Strong communicator and instructional partner to faculty
Committed to inclusive and equitable learning environments

Responsibilities

Design and implement individualized accommodation plans based on psychoeducational evaluations
Coach students in executive functioning, organization, and academic strategies
Partner with faculty to support implementation of accommodations
Collaborate with families and student support teams
Contribute to Applied Strategies instruction and student assessments
Support admissions review for incoming students
