About The Position

Match Charter Public School is seeking a Middle School Inclusion Aide for a long-term substitute position covering the 2026-2027 school year. This role begins as soon as possible and extends through early November 2026, with potential for continued employment. The aide will support students with disabilities in achieving their educational and therapeutic goals. Responsibilities include assisting students during instructional and non-instructional times, both inside and outside the classroom, fostering an inclusive community, and supporting student skill development and social-emotional growth. The Inclusion Aide will build deep relationships with students to ensure they receive the necessary support to reach their academic and personal potential. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

Prior experience working with students with disabilities
Deep belief that all students can and will succeed and have a willingness to do whatever it takes
Incredible amount of patience and willingness to go the extra mile
Desire to continually improve their practice as an educator by taking and implementing feedback
Ability to work well on a team
Willingness to support others in doing their best work

Responsibilities

Provide help with implementation of skills and goals in line with students’ educational and therapeutic needs.
Support students during instructional times both in and out of the classroom.
Support students during lunch, breaks, and other non-instructional times.
Foster an inclusive community.
Support student skill development and social-emotional growth.
Develop deep relationships with students.
Leverage relationships to ensure students are getting the support they need to meet their academic and personal potential.
