About The Position

This is a shared position for a Middle School Girls Swim Assistant Coach. The role involves supporting the head coach in developing a strong, cohesive team and a long-term swim program. The coach will be expected to share knowledge of swim fundamentals and strategies, and potentially assist with youth summer camps. Commitment to the Byron Center Public Schools Athletic Code and MHSAA rules is essential.

Requirements

• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to the season.

• Prior coaching experience or active involvement with youth sports programs

• Availability to assist with youth summer camps

• Ability to travel with athletes to/from competitions
