As a Middle Office Service Manager Sr. within PNC's Private Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or within the PNC footprint.   • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.

Nice To Haves

  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • Industry experience is typically 8+ years.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manages strategic planning, implementation and ongoing monitoring of Middle Office Services teams.
  • Ensures adherence of team as well as internal partners to established policies, procedures and processes.
  • Manages Middle Office Services teams in their efforts to support internal client-facing partners in the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
  • Provides coaching, education and development to Middle Office Services teams.
  • Identifies trends across accounts and recommends remediation or mitigation strategies to address and avoid future occurrences.
  • Manages risk and ensures adherence to applicable policies and procedures.
  • Develops/maintains strong internal partnerships across the line of business to ensure effective delivery of Middle Office Services team services.
  • Designs and manages projects in ways that effectively utilize current team skillsets.
  • Actively creates new opportunities and stretch roles to build in-house expertise.
