As our new Client Services Specialist , you will be serving as the primary liaison between our Made-to-Order pump customers and the factory, strategically coordinating projects and proactively managing key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar customer-facing coordination role
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant business matters
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
  • Qualified candidates must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred
  • A background in manufacturing, engineered-to-order, or pump/industrial equipment environments
  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills with minimal supervision required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our MTO Pump customers and the factory, ensuring strategic coordination of projects and proactive account management.
  • Develop and execute Account Management fulfillment plans, aligning strategic priorities with Sales and key clients
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer quotes, orders, project timelines, and technical documentation across assigned accounts
  • Develop delivery schedules that balance customer requirements with operational capacity and business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Warranty teams internationality to resolve complex customer inquiries and escalated issues
  • Exercise independent judgment to initiate corrective actions, authorize RMAs, and influence internal priorities to meet client needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for improved service, process enhancements, and project success
