About The Position

We're assisting a FinTech company that demystifies the commercial loan application process for business owners: a platform that allows applicants to complete loan applications digitally, streamlining the process for both applicants and lenders. As a Mid-Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will work closely on a remote cross-functional team, responsible for assisting in designing and implementing new features, tackling technical debt, and contributing to product advancement with suggestions and insights. You will also write tests and documentation while deploying software in collaboration with the team. The challenges include developing high-performance, highly scalable, and accessible cloud-based loan origination software that is intuitive and mobile-friendly. You will contribute to key features and be responsible for proactive insights.

Requirements

  • Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing .NET (building features, scalability, refining the development process, deploying, and running the product).
  • Experience with database design and optimization - SQL Server.
  • Experience with unit and integration tests.
  • Experience with Typescript and developing React-based web applications.
  • Experience building B2B SaaS, or other cloud-based software - Azure cloud services.
  • Start-up environment with smaller teams: ability to work independently, while communicating often and transparently, and asking for help/information quickly, is essential.
  • Looking beyond your own work to spot opportunities and issues within the application.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with Entity Framework Core (and migrations).
  • Previous experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Experience integrating with external systems via HTTP APIs, webhooks, and ETL.
  • Experience implementing performant and secure GraphQL APIs in a .NET context

Responsibilities
