We utilize a global delivery network, pre-configured solution accelerators, and extensive Oracle implementation experience to accelerate client value. The Mid-market business is a core growth driver for Accenture, focused on helping mid-market companies reinvent, scale, and compete effectively. We bring global capabilities, industry expertise, and innovation to make enterprise-grade solutions accessible and scalable for mid-market needs, spanning technology, operations, security, cloud, and industry-specific solutions. We are seeking talented individuals with mid-market experience across business suites and functions to drive transformations at scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM, NetSuite, or OCI or comparable cloud ERP/infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing business, preferably $500K+ ARR.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred industry experience in one or more of the following: Manufacturing, Distribution, Professional Services, Private Equity-backed companies, or Family-owned mid-market businesses.
  • Technical Background in Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, or OCI is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite graduation plays and Oracle AI agent capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in the Accenture Edge Business by developing and closing new business opportunities with customers seeking Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, and/or OCI solutions.
  • Focus on originating and closing opportunities across the full Oracle portfolio.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge, a passion for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM), NetSuite, and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and a consultative sales approach to help clients utilize Accenture's pre-defined Mid-Market offerings.
  • Interface directly with CFO, CIO, CTO, CHRO, and VP-level Operations and Finance leaders.
  • Be accountable for progressing opportunities from origination through close, coordinating closely with solution architects, delivery leads, and Oracle alliance teams.
  • Engage directly with Mid Market Direct Prospects from the C-Suite to other Leaders.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with Clients and Oracle Alliance Partners (Oracle Sales, OPN Partner Teams, NetSuite Channel).
  • Drive net new customer acquisition and scale existing client base in the Accenture Mid Market Direct customer segment.
  • Coordinate closely with lead generation providers, solutioning teams, and Technical Architects.
  • Engage with Oracle AEs, NetSuite channel reps, and OCI specialists, at the tactical and strategic level across the Sales, Solution Architect, and Partner Teams.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the segment.
  • Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
