About The Position

This role is for a Mid Market Connected Solutions Sales Account Executive within Accenture's Mid-market team, which is a core growth driver for the company. The focus is on helping mid-market companies reinvent, scale, and compete effectively. Accenture leverages its global capabilities, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem to provide accessible, scalable, and simplified enterprise-grade solutions for mid-market clients. The role involves working with curated offerings, preconfigured solutions, accelerators, and AI-enabled delivery models to drive real ROI, innovate faster, and transform with confidence. The Mid-market portfolio covers technology, operations, security, cloud, and industry-specific needs. Accenture is seeking talented individuals with mid-market experience across business suites and functions to drive transformations at scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B inside sales, lead generation, or sales development role, preferably in technology solutions or cloud services.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience selling Manhattan Fulfillment (WMS, OMS and Planning) solutions or related services and a strong passion for technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing high volume of leads and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
  • If Associates degree, 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for engaging potential clients and clearly articulating a value proposition.
  • A self-starter mentality with the drive to meet and exceed lead generation and qualification targets.
  • A technical background or a strong aptitude for understanding cloud technologies (e.g., SaaS, Manhattan Associates solutions, Data Integration, AI, Fulfillment KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Become a vital part of the premier sales force for the Connected Solution Business Group, bringing its market-leading Fulfillment Solutions to our Mid-Market / SMB clients.
  • Act as a strategic opportunity scout and the first point of contact, connecting clients with transformative solutions powered by Accenture and Fulfillment solutions enabled by Manhattan Associates.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and catalyst for clients' transformation.
  • Understand unique client challenges, goals, and aspirations by forging strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Initiate conversations that lead to groundbreaking change and guide clients on what's possible.
  • Connect clients with innovative Accenture solutions that leverage Manhattan Associate solutions (WMS, OMS, Planning) and complementing Agentic solutions from Accenture.
  • Seek out businesses poised for growth using inbound leads, market insights, and strategic outreach.
  • Connect with key leaders and influencers, initiating insightful conversations to uncover core business needs.
  • Identify and prioritize promising leads where Accenture can deliver the most value.
  • Educate potential clients on the value of partnering with Connected Solutions Business Group and articulate a clear vision of their future with Accenture's solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Work seamlessly with Sales Executives and Engineers to create a frictionless client experience.
