Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–8 years of experience in account management or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Drive account growth: Sell OnTrac solutions to existing customers, securing commitment for additional volume and long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver operational support: Manage daily account activities, ensuring customer expectations and contractual requirements are met.
  • Collaborate for success: Support the Director of Customer Success through reporting, administrative tasks, and sales initiatives to maximize territory performance.
  • Engage customers: Prepare and present business reviews, attend trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Champion best practices: Apply business development strategies and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
