About The Position

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering CPG brands from deduction to production plan. We unify cash application, deductions, disputes, trade promotion management, forecasting, demand planning, and analytics in one integrated platform. The result: measurable time savings, smarter top- and bottom-line decisions, and the speed to scale. Confido is trusted by 200+ brands managing $20B+ in revenue, including OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, Tropicana, and more. We’ve achieved best-in-class growth and recently raised a $15M Series A led by Footwork Ventures and Y Combinator to accelerate our momentum. Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales. Confido will grow more than 4x this year, while growing headcount by 2x. We’re obsessed with concentrating our best leads with world class sellers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B sales with a track record of high achievement and consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience closing $50k+ deals involving multiple decision-makers.
  • A track record selling technically complex products in vertical SaaS, developer tools, or fintech.
  • Experience thriving in an early or growth-stage environment and are energized by autonomy, ambiguity, and building the playbook as you go.
  • Coachable, humble, curious, and hungry. Actively seek feedback, ask sharp questions, and create your own opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG or familiarity with how consumer brands operate.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting for and qualifying leads, and moving those leads through to close.
  • Become an expert in CPG and show customers how Confido can take their workflows to the next level.
  • Work out of our New York office in Chelsea, and travel regularly across the US to conferences, industry events, and customer sites.
