About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to own the full sales cycle within our mid-market segment. This role sits at the intersection of consultative enterprise selling and high-velocity deal management — you will be expected to build a healthy pipeline, run compelling discovery and demos, and close meaningful deals with precision and speed. You thrive on managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, know how to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and bring a proactive, resourceful mindset to every engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales or account management experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with precision and follow-through.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a proven history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong business acumen.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15–30% for prospect meetings, client visits, and industry events.
  • Active engagement in relevant industry events and LinkedIn to build network and surface new opportunities.
  • Positive, resilient attitude and an authentic passion for competitive, high-growth environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous SaaS, logistics or tech sales experience.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or transportation industries.
  • Experience selling into mid-market companies, particularly within transportation, healthcare, or food verticals.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly build and actively manage a robust pipeline of mid-market prospects, driving the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Drive new business growth across key verticals including transportation, healthcare, technology, and food — with a focus on companies ranging from $50M to $1B in revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships that maximize both near-term revenue and long-term retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert in target verticals, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and core business challenges.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and customized software demonstrations that clearly align Overhaul’s value proposition with each prospect’s specific business needs.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales by maintaining a deep understanding of mid-market purchasing behaviors and deal progression.
  • Maintain and grow executive-level relationships within your client base to drive continued value delivery through Overhaul’s evolving product suite.
