Mintlify is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their growing sales team. This role involves developing and executing inbound and outbound strategies for mid-market and enterprise segments, identifying and qualifying potential customers based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The company is experiencing exponential growth in revenue, headcount, and contract sizes, offering a unique opportunity to build the Go-To-Market (GTM) playbook from the ground up. The majority of the pipeline is inbound from engineering leaders, with a significant opportunity to develop outbound strategies for untapped accounts as the company expands into enterprise and mid-market deals.
