About The Position

The Mid-Level Supervisor partners with families to implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities in school, home, and community settings, advancing goals prioritized by the family and BCBA. Reporting to a BCBA, the supervisor collaborates with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model. Along with the BCBA, the Mid-Level Supervisor coordinates and provides ABA services to meet the expectations of the family unit and contribute to the company’s mission. Butterfly Effects provides family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment in partnership with families affected by autism. The company’s stated mission is to foster a more joyous life through individualized ABA therapy. This part-time role is based in Chula Vista, and bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.

Requirements

Master's degree.
At least 1 year of ABA experience.
Reliable transportation.
Sound technical and computer skills.
Reliable internet access.
Ability to lift or move approximately 50 pounds and assume and maintain postures such as kneeling, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Enrollment in or acceptance to an accredited BCBA program, with 12 or more credits completed.
Bilingual English/Spanish ability.
