About The Position

The Mid-Level Supervisor partners with families to implement treatment plans, training, and learning opportunities in school, home, and community settings, advancing goals prioritized by the family and BCBA. Reporting to a BCBA, the supervisor collaborates with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model. Together with the BCBA, the Mid-Level Supervisor coordinates and provides ABA services to meet the needs of families and contribute to the company’s mission.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Sound technical and computer skills.
• Reliable internet access.
• Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and maintain varied postures, including kneeling, squatting, sitting, and standing, for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Enrollment in or acceptance to an accredited BCBA program, with 12 or more credits completed, is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
