About The Position
The Mid-Level Provider provides continuous and comprehensive management of a broad range of health services, including medical and surgical illnesses, under the supervision of the supervising physician and in accordance with state regulations. The role includes staff working in designated Rural Health Clinics.
Requirements
- Meet the education requirements for full, complete licensure in North Carolina.
- Hold a current North Carolina PA license or be eligible for licensure by the North Carolina Medical Board.
- Have DEA registration.
- Complete BLS before going to the unit or department and maintain it thereafter.
Nice To Haves
- Emergency and Critical Care background.
- ACLS.
- PALS.
