About The Position

Responsible for build outs, installations/repairs and adjustments of facilities, furnishings and equipment in accordance with constructions standards. Must maintain a neat and professional demeanor. Must works effectively with team members and all departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or trade school.
• Three years' experience as a carpenter.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Builds, installs, repairs, and adjusts all furnishings and equipment in the facility.
• Installs acoustical ceiling tile, vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, new walls.
• Installs drywall, plastering, painting, vinyl wall covering, door frames, doors and hardware, office furniture systems, rubber cove base.
• Performs concrete forming and placement.
• Installs professionally plumb level square in accordance with construction standards.
• Assists all departments in moving and every day maintenance of the facility.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• Works effectively with team members and all departments.
