About The Position

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to primarily support their program. This role involves playing a key part in producing and organizing OSINT training materials, designing curriculum, and leading instructional sessions. The OSINT Training Instructor will be responsible for supporting the development of advanced OSINT tradecraft training, implementing new TTPs, and providing expert instruction to students. A clearance of Active TS/SCI with the ability/willingness to obtain/maintain a Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) is required. An active CIP is preferred, and must be obtained before starting on the program.

Requirements

• Intelligence Community experience required
• All-Source experience with OSINT training and experience, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience required
• 8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree desired.
• OSINT training and certifications from commercial or government organizations a plus.
• Language certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce and organize OSINT training materials, document attendance, and handle instructional tasks
• Design curriculum for specialized OSINT training, develop e-learning content, and create training assessments
• Support oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training development, implement new TTPs, and lead instructional sessions on tradecraft
