About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineering Technical Designer to join the Lab Operations team in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This role is primarily supporting 1st shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives. Position may require travel up to 10% of the time. Requirements

Experience using power measurement test and measurement instrumentation (such as power supplies, power meters, and analyzers)
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Experience with electrical troubleshooting utilizing volt‑ohm meters and electrical system drawings
Experience fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses; or any variety of electrical components, and associated equipment
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

Experience with REDARS and/or Gold ESP

Reviews electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data by applying company, industry and governmental standards
Supports engineering system design and functionality validation activities
Builds and maintains product from installation to maintenance phase
