About The Position

Noetic is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing security team. In this mid-level role, you will play a key part in protecting and maintaining the cloud and automation resources on the contract. The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge in cyber procedures and be willing to coordinate with the rest of the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's in a computer science related field
Active Top Secret Clearance
Experience with Linux based environment administration
Experience testing, implementing, deploying, maintaining, and administering infrastructure hardware and software for cybersecurity.
Experience developing, creating, modifying, and maintaining computer applications, software, or specialized utility programs for cybersecurity.

Nice To Haves

Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA)
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate
Experience integrating third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks (P)
Experience with Splunk, Oracle/SQL based platforms, and python (P)

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, deployment, testing, certification, operations, patching, addressing interoperability issues, of DevSecOps infrastructure tools, including all operating systems, support libraries, components, and application dependencies.
Responsible for the primary Operations and Maintenance workforce multiple tools.
Deploys and configures services using infrastructure as a service provider.
Configures and manages Linux-based servers to serve a dynamic website.
Debugs cluster-based computing architectures.
Uses scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems.
Installs and manages open-source monitoring tools.
