About The Position
E-Logic is seeking a Mid-Level Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications supporting East Bay Municipal Utility District operations and digital services. This position will be on call basis. Important Notice: This role is part of a proposal for the East Bay Municipal Utility District. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of development experience
- Strong programming skills (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices
- Database experience (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Nice To Haves
- Experience in government or regulated environments
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications and system components
- Perform system integration and API development
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Optimize performance and maintain code quality
- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT)
