About The Position

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking highly qualified associates to join its Digital Infrastructure practice from its Miami office. The position will support a broad spectrum of complex digital infrastructure matters across the globe, with a focus on data-center related matters such as development and colocation and hyperscaler lease arrangements; terrestrial and subsea fiber network development and commercialization; operational agreements related to infrastructure assets; and associated financing and purchase and sale transactions. Associates will be expected to take on substantial responsibility and leadership in a cutting edge and fast-paced practice that supports some of the most active players in the sector.

Requirements

2 – 4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, telecom infrastructure development or related matters.
Ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents.
Highly developed analytical and communications skills.
A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Membership in the Bar in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience in data center leasing and development or other infrastructure development projects.
A true interest in developing a practice in the exciting digital infrastructure space.
Candidates from firms of all sizes as well as in-house legal departments.
