Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's New York City office is seeking a highly motivated mid-level transactional tax associate to join its dynamic and growing tax practice. The tax associate will work on a range of sophisticated partnership, corporate, and international tax matters in connection with real estate (including REITs), investment funds, M&A, tax planning, and other transactional work. Candidates with experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the tax aspects of real estate acquisitions, fund formation, joint ventures, M&A and other transactional documents are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will possess outstanding analytical, research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence and client service.
