About The Position

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Mid-Level Analyst - (Financial) to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT), to serve in a position in Norfolk, VA. This position will end on or around November 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
Ability to favorably pass a federal background investigation.
At least 3 years of related accounting, budget or financial management experience.
Experience developing financial reports, and/or managing data sets with multiple data types for analysis.
Experience conducting financial analysis, including developing cost projections and trend analysis.
Experience planning, analyzing, organizing and coordinating financial data in order to resolve problems, recommend solutions and draft process improvements.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in support of client requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Professional proficiency in English is required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.

Nice To Haves

Experience in one or more of the following areas: PPBE cycle; budget formulation, execution and/or financial management, particularly within a DoD organization, especially the U.S. Navy.
Experience using Navy ERP and/or other SAP financial platforms.
Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, or VBA.

Responsibilities

Reviewing funding documents for accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Extracting accounting data from records and financial systems to prepare and analyze reports.
Researching material and contract charges, updating files, and assisting with correcting errors within accounting systems.
Reviewing invoices and statements, and analyzing and reconciling journals or subsidiary ledgers within accounting systems.
