About The Position

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Mid-Level Analyst - (Financial) to support Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT), to serve in a position in Norfolk, VA. This position will end on or around November 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to favorably pass a federal background investigation.
  • At least 3 years of related accounting, budget or financial management experience.
  • Experience developing financial reports, and/or managing data sets with multiple data types for analysis.
  • Experience conducting financial analysis, including developing cost projections and trend analysis.
  • Experience planning, analyzing, organizing and coordinating financial data in order to resolve problems, recommend solutions and draft process improvements.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in support of client requirements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: PPBE cycle; budget formulation, execution and/or financial management, particularly within a DoD organization, especially the U.S. Navy.
  • Experience using Navy ERP and/or other SAP financial platforms.
  • Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, or VBA.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing funding documents for accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Extracting accounting data from records and financial systems to prepare and analyze reports.
  • Researching material and contract charges, updating files, and assisting with correcting errors within accounting systems.
  • Reviewing invoices and statements, and analyzing and reconciling journals or subsidiary ledgers within accounting systems.
