About The Position

Razor is looking for a Mid Cloud Engineer/AWS Administrator to design, deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot cloud-native services supporting mission-critical U.S. Government environments. This role focuses on container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, networking, storage, monitoring, and application integration across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required for classified assignments.
  • 10+ years of recent programming or large-scale platform integration/automation experience
  • Experience developing applications in Linux environments
  • 4+ years of experience with Docker or similar container technologies
  • 6+ years of experience deploying applications using Kubernetes or similar orchestration technologies
  • Experience with AWS and multi-cloud technologies
  • Strong cloud automation, integration, and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience supporting CI/CD, monitoring, storage, and networking technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Kubernetes certifications such as CKAD or CKA are preferred.
  • A full-scope polygraph may be required depending on the specific assignment and access requirements.

  • Service mesh and distributed tracing experience
  • DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, integrate, and test cloud-native services
  • Develop and support REST and gRPC-based services
  • Deploy and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based applications
  • Support enterprise PKI and certificate automation
  • Deploy SQL, NoSQL, in-memory, and object-storage technologies
  • Implement service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd
  • Support Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, and similar messaging platforms
  • Develop automation using Ansible, Bash, Go, and related tools
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms
  • Support cloud storage, networking, and persistent-volume technologies
  • Deploy solutions across Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and private cloud environments
