About The Position

Amentum is hiring a Mid CI HUMINT professional to support the United States Central Command J2 Directorate through the J2X Division at CENTCOM in Tampa, Florida. The role supports CI, HUMINT, and related activities in the USCENTCOM area of responsibility, providing recommendations to help the Government task, coordinate, synchronize, manage, and deconflict operations and activities. The employee will also provide direct support to collectors by researching, analyzing, and writing CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, Targeting Operational Support Packages (OSPs), and Asset Validation Packages for counterintelligence and HUMINT targeting and lead development operations. The position is onsite in an office environment, with a work schedule of 0800–1600. A TS/SCI w/CIP security clearance is required. The listed compensation range is $75,000–$83,000. Employees are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, completing applicable training, complying with Amentum’s Quality Policy and customer contracts, and following applicable operational, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or specialized experience with 4–6 years of military intelligence experience focused on CI or HUMINT intelligence fields; the posting also states a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or four years of experience.
At least 4 years of experience.
TS/SCI w/CIP security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Preferred training courses: CHOTC and Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting.
Experience with Data Xplorer, RMT, HOT-R, QLIX, Palantir, and Proton.
AI experience, if applicable to the program.

Responsibilities

Perform CI, HUMINT, and related support activities and recommend actions to support Government tasking, coordination, synchronization, management, and deconfliction of operations in the USCENTCOM AOR.
Support CI and HUMINT targeting.
Conduct OSINT collection in support of CI/HUMINT targeting.
Support CI and HUMINT analysis and requirements.
Support source management and asset validation.
Provide CI support to operations and force protection.
Support I2 Functional Management and FME Functional Management.
Research, analyze, and write CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, Targeting Operational Support Packages (OSPs), and Asset Validation Packages for collectors and targeting and lead development operations.
Complete applicable safety training and self-aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participate in emergency response tasks, and serve on safety committees and teams as appropriate.
Perform job activities in compliance with applicable Amentum quality-system documents, customer contracts, and operational, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and policies.
