About The Position

Provides general clerical support for Medical ICU including receptionist duties, monitors cardiac monitoring systems of patients in Medical ICU, and assists licensed Nursing staff in providing care to patients of all ages under the direction of the Registered Nurse and within the scope of defined practice. Works with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Requirements

• High school graduate or certified equivalent
• Current CPR required
• Basic arrhythmia required within 90 days of hire
• Basic typing and computer skills
• Telephone etiquette and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in same or similar position is desirable
• Background in medical related field preferred
• Medical terminology preferred
