About The Position

The individual selected for this position will build Micro-Electronic sub-assemblies. Working in the Bonding cell cell working with manual and automated bonders in the MW West Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, F22, and FIRETIP. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of work experience or equivalent experience required in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to work under a microscope for extended period of time

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with microwave subassemblies
• Knowledge of MIL STD 883
