About The Position

We are seeking a skilled a M365 Support Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on supporting applications such as TEAMS, Outlook, and Sharepoint. Candidates must work onsite 3 days per week in Dallas TX.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support for Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, and Exchange environments
  • Troubleshoot email delivery, client connectivity, and mailbox issues
  • Support collaboration tools including SharePoint, WebEx, and Skype/Teams
  • Manage and resolve incidents using Remedy ticketing system
  • Integrate email systems with mobile devices and unified communication platforms
