About The Position

We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certified Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience supporting enterprise collaboration environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Teams video device setup, CVI & MTR configurations, meeting log analysis, Call Quality Dashboard setup, networking, Power Platform, app integrations, and Microsoft APIs. The candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting Teams infrastructure issues and ensuring seamless collaboration services across the organization.

Requirements

• Microsoft Teams Collaboration certification
• Strong experience with Teams video device setup
• Hands-on experience with CVI and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• Experience with meeting log analysis and troubleshooting Teams call quality issues
• Expertise in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) setup and analysis
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft collaboration technologies
• Strong networking fundamentals related to voice/video collaboration platforms
• Experience with app integrations and Microsoft APIs
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure and collaboration environments
