Microsoft Solutions Analyst Intern - MN
About The Position
Our internship positions will be mentored to support users of Microsoft SharePoint sites and related tools. This intern will work with the team to provide support for end user SharePoint and Microsoft 365 capabilities to enhance the employee experience and to optimize end user capabilities using M365 tools. This position is a great opportunity to gain system management and end user support experience and grow their knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 capabilities and associated tools and systems. Through practical field experience and mentoring, a successful candidate will gain significant professional confidence and people skills.
Requirements
- Current student, Freshman or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering or related systems management/support degree.
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.

- SharePoint site content creation 15%

- Organization and meta-tagging of department and support documentation (over 10k documents) 15%
