Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing Microsoft SCI team. What You Can Expect As a Manager , you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans . The Protiviti Microsoft Services team provides Security services to Clients for the strategy, planning, design, migration and implementation of a wide range of solutions utilizing Microsoft Security solutions such as, but not limited to: M365 Security & Compliance applications Microsoft Purview Microsoft Defender Microsoft Intune Microsoft Sentinel Microsoft Agent 365

Requirements

• Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Security suite from a technical design, implementation and administration standpoint
• Specific focus on experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview (IP, DLP, DLM, eDiscovery) across the collaboration suite of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, & Exchange
• Delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365.
• Working with global and large M365 tenants
• Entra Intune Defender Sentinel Azure Microsoft Graph
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack.
• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
• Ability to translate and communicate challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree)
• 5+ years working in professional services or industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Nice To Haves

• expertise related GCC and GCCH is desired but not
• Professional Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), CISSP, or similar strongly preferred.
