Microsoft Power Platform Developer
About The Position
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online to support business processes and reporting needs. The developer will build and support SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and custom forms to enhance collaboration and information management. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrating Power Platform with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services, troubleshooting and supporting existing applications, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Documentation of solution designs and procedures is also a crucial part of the role.
Requirements
- Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of experience including developing solutions with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and SharePoint Online, including site administration, lists, libraries, permissions, and page design.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and integration points, including Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Dataverse.
- Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship required.
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or custom integrations.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, or related web development technologies.
- Knowledge of ALM, governance, and security best practices for Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft business applications.
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
