About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power BI Technical Lead to guide our technical teams in creating impactful Power BI dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Power BI and SQL, along with leadership capabilities to mentor teams and manage projects in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports.
• Strong command of SQL for database management, query optimization, and data manipulation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Experience in leading technical teams and driving successful project deliveries.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Data Engineer Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and development of Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that Power BI solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain SQL databases and queries to support data extraction and transformation for Power BI.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of Power BI solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Power BI and SQL to enhance existing processes.
• Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Power BI implementations.
