Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Power Automate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MS Power Automate Cloud.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Experience.
  • Minimum of an associate’s degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate For Desktop is recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows is suggested.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
  • Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and solutions effectively.
  • Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures that improve system reliability.
