About The Position

This internship position involves working closely with the IT team to develop, maintain, and oversee bank-wide IT programs. The intern will utilize tools like Visio, Power Automate, and Power BI Orchestrator for workflow development. Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to IT helpdesk requests, assisting with inventory and documentation, investigating campaign delivery trends, and preparing reports. The role also requires collaboration with team members across departments, completing special projects, and working with a mentor to identify growth opportunities. Ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures is crucial. The intern will also assist in developing department procedures, policies, and processes, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive working relationships. Adherence to all bank policies, procedures, guidelines, laws, and regulations is expected, along with exceeding sales and referral goals. The position requires demonstrating professional appearance, ethics, integrity, and representing the CTB brand, as well as leading initiatives and supporting the bank's vision and objectives.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software, or Cybersecurity
  • One to four years exposure to Power BI and Power Automate
  • IT Knowledge Base Documentation and Author Runbooks – Technical Writing Skills
  • Excellent quality customer service, sales, and telephone skills with a genuine interest in serving customers and the ability to collaborate and build good cross-functional business relationships
  • Strong analytical, technical, problem resolution, sales and critical thinking, skills
  • Technology-savvy and proficient in using advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Expert level written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, persuasively, informatively, tactfully and effectively work across all levels of the Bank
  • Outgoing and trustworthy with the ability to effectively handle and maintain confidential matters and information
  • Demonstrated ability to use accurate and great judgment, discretion, and reasoning, as well as, make sound business decisions, comprehend, and follows directions and instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high performance and changing environment, and must be able to adapt to change
  • Must be able to demonstrate and maintain a positive composure and consistently demonstrate professional appearance, demeanor, image, and consistently represent the CTB Brand

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the IT team to help develop, maintain and helps oversee Bank-wide IT programs
  • Workflows using Visio – Power Automate and Power BI Orchestrator
  • Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
  • Assists in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
  • Investigates daily trends of campaign delivery and prepares report of findings
  • Collaborates with team member across departments
  • Completes special projects and research requests
  • Works collaboratively with assigned mentor to identify strengths, opportunities for growth, and skill development
  • Ensures compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties related to the internship role
  • Assists with the development of department procedures, policies, and processes
  • Delivers exceptional customer services consistently to all business lines; maintain positive and productive working relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Adheres to all policies, procedures, processes, bank’s practices, guidelines, expectations, laws, and regulations
