About The Position

RSM is seeking a Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant to implement, configure, and administer endpoint infrastructure at client sites. The role serves as a national resource and escalation point for projects across all regions, while building trusted relationships with client decision makers and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The position requires expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies and related cloud and hybrid infrastructure. The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and technical certification.
Three to five years of experience with related Microsoft 365 technologies, such as Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, and Teams.

Nice To Haves

Technical middle-market-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
Strong hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and collaboration products and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and O365 Groups.
Exposure to Power Automate, Flow, and/or Visio.
Technical breadth and experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, adjacent technologies, architecture designs, migrations, and industry standards.
Senior-level experience with Windows OS (Windows 10 and Server 2012+), Group Policy configurations, Microsoft Azure Services, and direction and evolution related to enterprise desktop, mobile, and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities
