About The Position

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to support our client’s Case Management systems. Work with the technical team to design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines, identifying risks and mitigating them during the design phase. Be responsible for high-quality project outcomes and collaborate closely with the client, Project Leads, Architects, and Business Analysts. Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client architectural and business needs. Contribute to Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Participate in data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes. Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM. Design and support the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for custom code or data migration requirements. Conduct tailored demonstrations of the technology solution. Refine project specifications and develop technical solution designs and implementation plans for the Dynamics 365 solution. Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations. Document technical risks and issues and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt. Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required for this role.
  • Requires a University Degree.
  • Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
  • Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience evaluating, designing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
  • Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a "PUBLIC TRUST".

  • Experience supporting case management systems.
  • Experience with client-facing demos and presentations.
