Overview The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the organization's ERP environment across multiple locations. This role ensures system stability, user adoption, data integrity, and operational efficiency while supporting business-critical processes within a manufacturing environment. Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Administrator who combines strong ERP administration expertise with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Dynamics 365 environments, supporting users, optimizing workflows, and driving system enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and technology partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Systems Administrator.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, administration, configuration, and support.
Experience managing user security, role-based access, workflows, business rules, and system customization.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft DevOps, and Azure.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and change management processes.
Experience supporting integrations, data migration, batch processing, and enterprise data management initiatives.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in data management, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations, including MRP, production scheduling, and advanced manufacturing modules.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
Experience supporting multi-site business operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple business locations.
Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure system security and compliance.
Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, process flows, dashboards, reports, forms, and system settings.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations and process improvements.
Lead and support ERP-related projects involving planning, testing, deployment, integrations, and data migration activities.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve application and platform-related issues.
Monitor system performance, health, and usage to proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
Manage software updates, patches, hotfixes, and change management processes.
Perform data imports, exports, backups, and data validation activities.
Support integrations, batch processing, and enterprise data management initiatives.
Develop user training materials and provide ongoing end-user support.
Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate software-related support activities.
Recommend enhancements and process improvements based on user feedback and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, security standards, and data governance practices.
