About The Position

At Accenture Federal Services, we are seeking an experienced Lead Developer – Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in application architecture, workflow automation, solution design, and governance. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that improve business processes and accelerate digital transformation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
8–12+ years of enterprise application development experience.
6+ years of hands-on Power Platform development.
Experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations.
