Requirements

• BS and/or an MS/MBA degree in management, business, MIS, or a related technical discipline. Specialized training or 4 additional years of experience may substitute for an advanced degree
• Minimum 5 years of consecutive experience as a Project Manager
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and follow SOX compliance
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• English: Proficient

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience in ERP project management

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM, and BI projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications
• Ensure SOX compliance across all phases, reporting status to internal and external management
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Develop project plan, define milestones, and ensure appropriate resource utilization to support profitability
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client engagement
• Increase communication points between the leadership team and project management team to enhance collaboration and organizational culture
