Chariton Valley InfiniTech Consulting, LLC is looking for a full-time Microsoft Cloud Engineer to join our team. The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing on-site IT support to managed services clients, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to technical issues that cannot be handled remotely. This role bridges the gap between the Support Desk Specialist and higher-level Engineering roles, allowing for career growth and expanded technical responsibilities. This position involves deploying new equipment, troubleshooting on-site network issues, and performing hands-on maintenance of IT infrastructure. Additionally, the role provides limited administrative access to make changes to Windows Servers, basic networking, and firewall configurations under established guidelines.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
Familiarity with Windows Server environments
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall configurations
Experience with remote desktop tools
Experience with Office 365 administration
Experience with cloud-based solutions
Foundational cybersecurity practices
Exceptional customer service
Clear communication
Strong organization
Effective multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A minimum of 2+ years of end‑user IT support experience with a related degree—or 4+ years of professional IT support experience

Nice To Haves

Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator
Completion of at least two Service Competencies
