About The Position

AOT Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft AI and Data Architect to design, build, and lead enterprise-grade AI, data, and cloud-native solutions using the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This role involves translating complex business problems into elegant AI and data architectures, designing secure AI and data platforms on Microsoft Azure, building architecture diagrams, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps. The architect will guide engineering teams through implementation, review code, pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment designs, translate business requirements into AI, data, and cloud-native solution designs, evaluate technology options, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a senior technical leader with strong hands-on experience across Azure Cloud, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineering, and modern AI application architecture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Networking (Private endpoints, VNET integration, DNS, firewall, and secure connectivity), Managed identities, Key Vault, RBAC, and enterprise security patterns, Cloud-native application architecture, Monitoring, logging, and production support patterns
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI workflow development, Foundry Agents and/or agentic AI solution design, Semantic Kernel, Autogen or Microsoft Agent Framework, Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Prompt engineering and prompt orchestration
  • Minimum 3+ years of Microsoft Fabric and data engineering experience, including Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Fabric Lakehouse, Data Engineering workloads, Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric Data Factory pipelines, Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), Power BI integration
  • Senior technical leader who can work with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, AI engineers, DevOps teams, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI and data platforms.
