About The Position

Microsoft M365 Migration Architect Responsible for designing and leading enterprise migration to Microsoft 365 cloud services. Design and lead migration from on-prem environments (e.g., Microsoft Exchange Server, file servers, legacy collaboration platforms) to Microsoft 365. Plan and execute migrations for Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, and Exchange Online. Build migration strategies including discovery, dependency mapping, coexistence, cutover, rollback, and post-migration support.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in tenant architecture, licensing, identity, and hybrid cloud design using Microsoft Entra ID
• Deep knowledge of security, governance, compliance, DLP, retention, and Zero Trust architecture
• Strong PowerShell / Microsoft Graph automation skills and ability to manage enterprise-scale migration programs
