About The Position

Cornerstone Capital Bank is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer. Someone who is passionate about providing technical solutions to complex business challenges, embracing Azure AD for cloud-based identity services, and supporting an active directory environment. The role involves managing and maintaining the M365 environment, including services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring system health, security, and proper functioning for end-users. This position is responsible for deployments, configurations, and support for M365 applications and features, establishing and performing O365 best practices, and performing administrative maintenance on O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations. The engineer will work with various IT teams to support O365 related initiatives, perform product and integration testing, and identify security risks to the O365 environment and services, suggesting mitigation solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant IT and business work experience and 4 years in focus area
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure as well as Active Directory, OKTA, & Microsoft “cloud” solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure)
  • Demonstrated ability to be involved with multiple IT projects and deliver on time and within budget
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with people within different levels of an organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • User account provisioning, group and MS Teams administration
  • In-Tune mobile device management
  • Improving processes with automation through PowerShell, Flow and APIs
  • Manage and maintain the M365 environment, including services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Ensure system health, security, and proper functioning for end-users
  • Responsible for deployments, configurations, and support for M365 applications and features
  • Establish and perform the O365 best practices
  • Perform administrative maintenance on the O365 tenant services to ensure optimal service response times and proper license and rights allocations
