About The Position

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining Security National Bank’s (SNB) Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of communication and collaboration tools, providing technical support, and optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Sharepoint and Power Automate including sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and collaboration tools
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Office 365 applications
  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of Intune and OneDrive
  • General knowledge and understanding of Entra ID, Teams, Enterprise Apps and Exchange Online
  • General knowledge and understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • General knowledge and understanding of Windows 11
  • General knowledge and understanding of Powershell Scripting
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical audiences, both written and verbally, over email, phone or in-person
  • Ability to be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, prioritizing multiple projects, skills in providing excellent customer service, follow-through, and ongoing communication to internal customers
  • Strong time management, problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance
  • Ability to complete required company training by assigned due date
  • Minimum of a 2 year College degree in Information Technology or related area required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a 365 Administrator, including at least 2 years of primary SharePoint ownership required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with implementing SharePoint roadmap enhancements and changes and developing technical runbooks.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with creating and maintaining workflow and Power Automate configurations.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience in the Information Technology field required.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered

  • Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, and maintains business forms using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online to streamline business processes.
  • Gathers requirements from business units and translate them into user-friendly forms, workflows, and data collection solutions.
  • Integrates forms with SharePoint lists, document libraries, Power Automate workflows, and Microsoft 365 applications to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Performs testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements to ensure forms function properly, meet business requirements, and deliver a positive user experience.
  • Administers and maintains SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists, metadata, navigation, and user access.
  • Creates, enhances, and supports SharePoint sites and departmental pages to meet business needs and improve collaboration.
  • Manages SharePoint permissions, access groups, and site ownership assignments in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Establishes and enforces SharePoint governance standards, including site structure, naming conventions, content organization, and lifecycle management.
  • Supports content management initiatives, document migrations, site improvements, and ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize SharePoint adoption and usability.
  • Administers and supports Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Enterprise Applications (SSO), and related collaboration technologies.
  • Manages identity and access controls including Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authentication methods, role assignments, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Monitors the health, security, performance, and availability of Microsoft 365 services and proactively identify and remediate issues.
  • Evaluates, tests, and implements new Microsoft 365 features, security enhancements, and service updates to improve productivity and reduce organizational risk.
  • Provides Tier 2/3 support and technical guidance for Microsoft 365 services while collaborating with business units, vendors, and IT teams on projects and initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains documentation on how a 365 administrator performs their job.
  • Writes training documentation for users on how to use basic Microsoft software such as SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Collaborates with HR on training new users on systems/products/features.
  • Requests new licenses as needed and maintains existing licenses and provides reports on usage.
  • Creates and maintains processes and procedures
  • Provides 365 usage/license reports to the Director of IT.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.
