About The Position

With limited supervision, responsible applying professional expertise to perform complex experiments and process monitoring. Microscopy Technician leads equipment setups, troubleshoots issues, analyzes results, mentors junior staff, and contributes to process improvements.

• Broad and deep understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant industry experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and presents detailed data analyses to engineering for yield improvement and product qualification.
• Lead equipment setup and optimization efforts, ensuring higher efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and process performance independently.
• Perform and oversee preventative and unscheduled maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and line operators.
• Execute complex and moderately difficult process tests and experiments.
